  • Standard shipping is free, while expedited shipping is available for $24.90.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided upon order placement but are approximate and for guidance only.

Shipping Procedure, Tracking Number, and Insurance:

  • Processing time: 1-3 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 4-7 business days
  • Tracking number provided via email once your order is shipped. Please allow 1-2 days for online tracking updates.
  • All orders are insured against loss. In case of loss during transit, contact us for a full refund.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

Returns:

  • Accepting returns within 14 days for products that are unused, unworn, unaltered, with tags/stickers attached, and with original sale receipts.

Exchanges:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 21 days, subject to availability.
  • Special offers are non-refundable or exchangeable.
  • Size exchanges allowed only once for the same item.
